It seems that I can customize a Customer Statement on desktop version but not the Global version.I need to customize Statement Header, but I am not able to do anything.

While this option isn't currently available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can submit a feature request to our development team. This helps us consider adding the ability to customize or modify statement templates in future updates.

Here's how to submit feedback:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon (⚙) and choose Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product requests.
3. Select Next to submit.

As a workaround, you can download the customer statement as a PDF and use an external PDF editing tool to customize the header before sending it to the customer.
