Let's get the issue resolved by doing primary troubleshooting steps, so you're able to see the Journal Entry (JE) with value in QuickBooks Online, @ilahondakalna.
To start, access the JE using a different private window to check if it's a cache issue or not.
Use these keyboard shortcuts:
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
Internet Explorer: CTRL + Shift + P
Once logged in, re-create the transaction to check if the value is already functioning well. If it's working fine, clear the cache of your regular browser to erase the junk files. Using other supported browsers is a good alternative too.
If the problem occurs, I'd recommend accessing the JE Report to check the transactions you've previously created. All the journal entries are saved in the report, even without its value. From there, you have an option to edit or delete and re-create. Let me guide how:
Go to the Reports tab.
Type Journal in the search field then enter.
Click the Report period drop-down arrow, then select a date.
Hit those transactions to edit or delete it.
Click More at the bottom part, then choose Delete.
Tap Save and close.
If the issue persists after following the steps above, I'd recommend you to contact our Customer Care Support. They can investigate the root cause of the problem in safe surroundings. To ensure we address your concern quickly, our Chat Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, IST.
Here's how to contact them:
