Question

My cashflow planner is showing a trend line only until 31 December 2025. How can I get it to show the graph for 2026?

Hello there, Oded.

Let's adjust the timeframe filter to ensure your future-dated transactions are properly entered for the new year.

The Planner displays a 12-month rolling view, but if it stops at the end of 2025, it’s because the date filter is set to a shorter range or there’s no data, such as invoices or bills for 2026, to extend the trend line further.

To adjust the Timeframe filter, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboards.
  2. Select the Cash Flow Planner from the menu.
  3. In the top right corner, locate the Date Range dropdown menu, where you’ll find options like 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
  4. Choose either 12 months or 24 months.

Keep in mind that the trend line depends on Money In and Money Out events. If you haven't entered any invoices, bills, or manual events for 2026, the line will also stop.
