Very Bad Service From last month on, we are reporting a issue. But till now can't solve. We can't connect bank. Error 102

Before we start, can you please let me know the name of your financial institution so I can check if there are reported similar issues? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

 

Banking error 102 can occur when there are some technical issues, maintenance work going on, transferring of data between your bank's website & QBO. If you haven't already, we can manually update your bank in QBO to establish a connection: Here's how:

 

  1. Select Banking in the left navigation pane.
  2. Choose Banking.
  3. Click Update.
  4. If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.
