Hi, Mehadi. Thank you for reaching out.

We understand how important it is for all existing lines to carry over smoothly when you duplicate and copy your journal entry. To simplify your workflow and save your time, let's do some troubleshooting.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a cloud-based platform designed to optimize using browser cache and cookies. While this improves speed and functionality, outdated cached data can sometimes cause unusual behavior when running any application (like QBO, Facebook, or Online Banking).

To resolve your issue, start by refreshing the page to help reload any outdated elements. You can also log out and log back in to your QBO account to refresh your session on the server. Then, duplicate or copy the entry again to see if the problem persists.

If the issue continues, consider using a supported and updated browser. This can help rule out browser-specific problems.

Please let us know if these steps resolve your issue or if you need further assistance. We're here to help with anything related to duplicating journal entries or any other QuickBooks features.
