Why can't I make journal entry or expense transaction in an account register?

Here's how:

1. Log in to your account from your private browser.
2. Go to the Transactions menu, then choose Chart of Accounts.
3. Scroll down, look for the account, then double-click this.
4. Hit the dropdown, then select Journal Entry.
5. Fill out the given fields, then click Save.
