I can show you the steps on how to change the filter in your custom reports.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. On the left side of your screen, click Reports.
  3. Select the custom report you want to change or create a new one.
  4. On the right side of your screen, choose Filters.
    Note: Some reports don’t include filter options, but you can use the ⚙ icon to adjust the settings.
  5. Adjust the filters to suit your needs, like choosing specific accounts, customers, vendors, or types of transactions.
  6. Then, click Save As.
