2021 budget is not pulling in actual balances from our income statement within that budget. How do we have accurate view to compare actual to budgeted?

I know that accurate reporting is essential for a business. QuickBooks Online is a substantial program, however still a program. Occasionally you hit a snag. I want to ensure you're getting the support you require.

To clear your cache and cookies, follow these easy steps:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

As you go through the steps, you may be required to log out or back into your QuickBooks Online account, and when you do, check your budget to see if the issue has resolved itself.
