Can anybody explain how to create report for each sales person's (total 3) performance and margin rate, over due.

QuickBooks Online offers a powerful Reports feature which gives you a clear visual representation of how your business is doing. I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction with creating a sales report. 

Based on what you've described, I recommend checking out the Sales by Product/Service Detail. This report shows your sales, grouped by product or service. Includes the date, transaction type, quantity, rate, amount, and total. You can also explore other helpful reports by clicking Reports from the left menu > scroll down to Sales and Customers. From here you can choose the report you'd like to work with.
