Can I print a Customer Statement that includes the description field from the Invoice?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides three types of customer statements, Balance Forward, Open Item and Transaction Statements.  You can also include item descriptions to the customer statements.  I'd be glad to help!

When creating a customer invoice, you'll notice a field where you can enter a Message on Statement.  When you create and send statements to your customers, this will appear as the description for the associated invoice.  If you'd like to see other options for adding details to your statements, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team by going to  your Settings ⚙ and select Feedback.  Customer recommendations are greatly appreciated in improving your overall customer experience with QuickBooks Online.
