Can i run a report that shows all the current Journal entries created??

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks offers a variety of reports that help you bring your finances into perspective. I'll be happy to share more info so you can continue to do the things you enjoy. 

Based on what you've described, I recommend checking out the Journal report that can be found on the Reports page under the Form my accountant section. This report displays the Journal entries and you can filter them by date. In case you need to customize/filter the report, here's an article that shows you how to do that.
