Can I set dates from __ to __ for my reports going back 2 or three years?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online has the flexibility you need. so you can see what matters most when running Reports.  I'd be glad to help!

You can customize your report to an extended period of time by using the ▼ dropdown menu in the Report Period field and select Custom.  Enter the desired date range and then continue to Run Report.  You're all set!
