Can we customize or create other Management Reports than the 3 defaults in QBO?

You've reached the right place for help. I'd be glad to share more info about the Management Reports in QBO.

QuickBooks makes it easy to customize Management Reports. To do this, click Reports on the left menu and navigate to the Management Reports tab. Click the drop-down arrow next to the report you'd like to customize and hit Edit. Here's a screenshot for reference:
