Does anyone have experience/solution with the Balance Sheet Comparison Report, but without the Previous Period option in QBO? All other clients have this option.

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks offers a variety of reports that help you bring your finances into perspective with ease. I'll be happy to share more info so you can continue to do the things you enjoy. 

Once you've found the report you'd like to work with, you have the ability to customize it to your liking so it displays the info you're looking for.
