Does anyone know what to do when quick books won't open any tasks. I try clicking on bill or general Journal entry but nothing happens.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  This will improve loading times and increase system performance. If you experience the same outcome, try another browser such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or a private/incognito window.  Should you require additional assistance, contact us, for further investigation from our end.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
