Entered in sales transactions through Journal Entry and they are not showing up

Journal entries are great for recording transactions in your books. It's important you're able to enter the journal entries and have them show up when you want to access them. Rest assured, I'll be happy to look into this so you're on the right track. 

Based on what you've described, it's important to make sure you're saving your journal entries when you enter them. This article here does a great job at explaining more about successfully entering journal entries in QuickBooks. I'd also recommend making sure your internet is connected when saving the journal entries as that could be why they aren't being saved. If this doesn't work, could I have you try this again using a private/incognito window?
