How can i find a particular expense report

Welcome to Community.  QuickBooks Online provides the reports you need with customization options, so you can see specific areas of your business at a glance.  I'll be happy to help!

To locate a specific report you'll select Reports from the left menu and then use the Search field to locate the associated reports.  Once you've located the desired report, you'll have customization options to narrow down the information with additional filters.  I've attached a few guides for your reference.
