How do I export a report to Libre Office for editing purposes. When I open in Libre all the figures are 0.00. I do not own Excel and do not want to buy.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to export reports in Excel or PDF formats.  I understand that you do not wish to use Excel, and believe that you are able to convert a PDF with tables, to Calc spreadsheet in LibreOffice.  In QuickBooks, go to Reports and open the report you would like to export.  Then click on the small gear in the top right, and select Export to PDF.
