How do I run a transaction report for product sales. Not services, only products

Welcome to the Community. Being able to access your reports is essential to ensuring your books are up to date. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

You can access your transactions report for product sales by using Sales by Product/Service Summary Report or Sales by Product/Service Detail Report. I encourage you to follow these steps to access the report.

1. Click on Reports on the left navigation menu.
2. Select Product/Service Summary Report or Sales by Product/Service Detail Report.
3. Choose the correct period.
4. Click on Customize and then Filter.
5. On Product/Service dropdown, select the products.
6. Click on Run Report.

You'll view the transactions of your products.
