How to generate expense report foe tax purposes

QuickBooks Online provides the option to run various reports that can help you keep track of your finances. Based on the information you've provided, I recommend taking a look at the Transaction Detail by Tax code, or Transaction detail by supplier. You can find these reports by heading to the "Reports" tab and typing in the report name in the search bar. I hope this helps.
