Question

How to make a report regarding one brand

Hello Team,

I am looking for a sales report, which includes the customers who purchased one particular brand from last year up to date and sort them out by high quantities of items to fewer quantities.

I want to find out which customers like to purchase which brand of items, so I have a better marketing strategy.

Thank you

Hi there,

Good to hear from you again. I'd be happy to share info about reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Based on what you've described, I recommend running the following reports:

Inventory Reorder by Vendor - It'll show you from which vendors you'd need to reorder inventory items

Inventory Stock Status by Vendor - Detailed information about each inventory item, organized by vendor. Includes stock on hand, to show if it's time to reorder.

Inventory Stock Status by Item - Detailed information about each inventory item. Includes stock on hand, to show if it's time to reorder.

Purchase Volume by Vendor - From which vendors does my company purchase the most goods.

Try these reports and let me know what you think. I'll be on standby. :)

No worries. You can access the reports by following these steps: Reports > Reports Centre > use the search bar to find the reports. Let me know if you get stuck.
