Question

I am trying to set up my credit card - I have a new one that replaced my old one from 2019 and when I set up the new one there is no credit card type account! Help!

Based on the information you've provided, I suggest navigating to the chart of accounts and locate the previous credit card account, by following these steps:

 

1. From Settings ⚙ in the top right, open Chart of accounts

2. Click on the small Gear ⚙ above the Action column

3. Checkmark the box to Include inactive

That should do it!
