Hi there, mayfieldunitedtreasurer.

The easiest way to view a transaction with more than five splits is by pulling the Transaction List with Splits report. This report also displays the bank account associated with each entry.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Enter Transaction List with Splits in the search bar.
  3. Open the report and click the arrow next to the relevant bank account.
  4. Select the transaction to expand and view all split details.

You can customise this report and select Save As to run it again later. Access these saved versions via the Custom reports tab.

Alternatively, you can view splits directly in the bank register by clicking the blue Split hyperlink in the Category column. Note that this view only displays up to four splits.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'm happy to help!
