If the customer name isn't showing on their statement, how do you fix that?

When creating customer statements, the name of the customer will not show in Print Preview and will not Print on the statement.

Hello,

It's essential that the customer who is receiving the statement knows it was created for them. I'll help get you back on track with that.

The customer name will appear right below the word "Statement" when you click Print/Preview, or Print the statement. If you're not seeing a name appearing there, try clearing your cache and cookies or accessing QuickBooks Online in a different web browser. You can follow along with the steps to clear cache and cookies here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/How-do-I-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporary-Internet-files/m-p/262397.

If you're still experiencing issues after clearing the cache or using a different browser, I'd encourage you to call our phone agents so they can do a remote screen share with you to diagnose the issue. You can reach them through our Contact Us page, 9am-8pm EST, Monday-Friday.

I hope this helps. If you've got any other questions, please feel free to reach out in the comments.

Have a great day!
