Question

In new QBO, when you are in the P&L & drill down on an acct, often when you go back to the P&L it only shows that one line & not the whole P&L. Is there a fix for this?

This is an intermittent problem, but even if you reset the dates of the report it still doesn't fix it. This never happened in the old "experience" of QBO. Will this be fixed? It is very frustrating, especially during busy tax time.

I totally get the frustration, Barbara. Since this happens intermittently, your browser is likely stuck with outdated data.

 

If the report starts acting up, perform a quick hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac). This will force the browser to reload the page from scratch.

 

If the issue persists, consider using a different supported web browser or accessing your account in Incognito/Private mode. This clears out any sneaky cookies or extensions that might be interfering with the Profit & Loss (P&L) view.
