Is it possible to create a report/list of services for a specific customer for a specific time period?

Based on what you've described, I recommend checking out the Sales by Customer Type Detail report as it shows you the sales/services exchanged between you and your customer.  In case you need to customize the report to view a specific date range, here's an article that shows you how to do that.
