Is there a way to disable the copy function for journal entry?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online has everything you need to complete your daily tasks seamlessly.  I'll be happy to provide more information here, so you're on the right track!

Although there's no option to disable the copy feature provided within the journal entry itself, you can disable the auto-fil feature in your company settings, if that's what you mean.  Here's how:

1. From Settings ⚙, open Account and settings

2. Select the Advanced tab from the left menu

3. Click the Edit ✎ to the right of the Automation section

4. Turn off Pre-fill forms with previously entered content

5. Hit Save and then Done
