Is there an update on when QBO Projects will have the budget feature per project by element available? Also committed costs feature??

There isn't an exact time-frame of when the features will be available. To stay in the loop, I recommend sending this as feedback to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. QuickBooks Online is constantly evolving and adding features based largely on the suggestions of users, like yourself.
