It would be really nice if the Supplier Balance Detail Report would let you choose This Year. The report ignores this. Why waste time pulling every purchase ever made?

The report you've described should allow you to view data from This Year. I recommend making sure that all supplier transactions on your account are recorded properly. If so, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps by fixing most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: Clear Cache and Cookies.
