Welcome to the Community. I'm happy to walk you through the steps on how to create a recurring Journal Entry in QuickBooks Online.

Beforehand, please know that recurring templates are available in QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus versions.

To create one, I'll show you how:

1. Go to Settings and choose Recurring transactions.
2. Click New.
   
3. Select the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
   
4. Complete the fields and select Save template.
