Question

To bill a customer, the billable item pulls through all the receipts attached on expense report. Is there a report or download of only the relevant billable receipts?

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online provides the reports you need to view specific areas of your account, when you need it most.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

You can run the Unbilled Charges report that will display a list of your billable expenses, and then filter it to show data for a specific customer.  Here's how;

 

1. Click Reports from the left menu

2. In the search field enter Unbilled charges  

3. Hit Customize in the top right

4. In the Rows/Column drop-down, select Customer

5. Open the Filter drop-down

6. Select Billable Expense Charge and Time charge from the Transaction Type ▼ dropdown menu

7. Select a customer in the Customer drop-down menu

8. Hit Run report.
