Why are TD bank statements not downloading on Recon reports for a new accounting client?

Welcome to Community!  In QuickBooks Online now provides bank statement to save valuable time during the reconciliation process.  I'll be happy to provide more information here!

Importing bank statements is available for QuickBooks Online Plus accounts.  In this case, I recommend reviewing your client's current subscription by going to > Settings ⚙ > Account & settings > Billing & subscription.  In addition, if the View statement option isn't available on the account, their financial institution may not support this feature yet.  Follow this link to see the which banks support this feature.
