Can anyone tell me if it's possible to create custom monthly reports that will provide more than 12 months consecutive P&L and Balance Sheet data? Thanks

With both of those reports in QuickBooks Online you can use any report period that you want.

If you go to reports>then in the report  select the  report(either p and l or balance sheet),once that comes change the report period to custom>then in date range select the date range you would like>run report.

Then you have the option to save the customisation if you want to keep that report or you can print, email or download onto your computer alternatively.
