Can I cade sales ledger accounts so that they are listed in the order I want.. eg at present Mr James Smith is reported under M for Mr instead of S

We can edit the display name Last to the First so it will be arranged by the last name. The sales ledger account will always be arranged depends on the column you wish to arrange in a customer's name.

Here's how:

     1. Go to the Sales tab, select Customers.

     2. From the Customers window, select the name of the customer.

     3. Click the Edit button.

     4. The first name should be the Last name.

     5. Select Save.

Also, you can click the Customer header under All Sales to arrange descending or ascending.
