Can I get gross amounts inc. VAT on the Sales by Customer reports? They are only showing ex. VAT figures.

You are unable to show the gross amount of the invoices using a sales by customer report. You could run a transaction list by customer, customise/filter it to show the transaction type you want on the report and also use the Rows/Columns option to show Tax and Net amount.
