Can I get the desktop version and manually enter the figures into the account ledger ?

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks Desktop as your accounting tools. Yes, you can manually enter the transactions into your account ledger. Let me show you how to do it: 

1. Go to Accountant menu, then choose Chart of Account. 
2. Select the Account. 
3. Under Account, drop-down arrow and select the specific account and its payment amount.
