I've got your back on running and downloading a supplier history report, @david243.

You can run the Transaction List by Supplier report and export it to an Excel file. Here's how:

1. In your QuickBooks Online, click Reports from the left menu.
2. Search for the Transaction List by Supplier report.
3. Set the date range you want to show on the report, then click Run report.
4. Then, select the Export icon and choose Export to Excel.
