Custom Report

The report that you're looking for is not available in QuickBooks Online. Though you can run the Transaction List by Supplier and then customise it by filtering the Bills and Supplier credit transaction types, you won't be be able to get their associated jobs. Therefore, the options to manually open the transactions to see which job they are linked to.

Here's how you can get the list of bills and supplier credits:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Search for Transaction List by Supplier.
3. Change the date range.
4. Click Customise and expand the Filters section.
5. In the Transaction Type drop list, select Bills and Supplier credit.
6. Click Run report.

You can click on the transactions to open them.
