Entries in the last two days, figures coming into the Vat 100 report are wrong. In trying to correct this I have it matters worse. Can I restore back to 27th March 2020 ?

It is not possible to restore the system to a default date, you could use the audit log to establish what transactions you have recently added or deleted, you could also run a VAT detail report.
