Thanks for posting on the Community. We'd be happy to help you with your EPS submission.

The EPS becomes available to submit to HMRC between the 6th - 19th of the following tax month. If you miss a submission, you'll need to wait and submit the EPS for the following period after running payroll. As the EPS is a cumulative report containing information for the current tax year to date, this will also contain data for the missing period. 

On QuickBooks Standard Payroll, delete the overdue EPS record from the payroll taxes tab (Taxes > Payroll tax) before submitting the most recent EPS.
