Hi. Is there a report I can run that shows only Petty Cash transactions, I'm withdrawing £30 monthly and I've no idea how much cash I'm actually using?

You can pull up an account quick report to see your petty cash transactions. Let me walk you through how.

1. In your left navigation menu, click Accounting.
2. Click Chart of Accounts.
3. In the Filter by name or number field, type "Petty Cash" or the name of your petty cash account.
4. Click the View register drop-down, then click Run report. You can also filter the report by clicking the Customize button.
