Hi 'Ive imported a company from Sage, the QB bank is correct however the Bank statement is zero, how do I amend this please?

Are you meaning the bank is connected but it has not brought though any transactions and the balance, or is the balance showing but not transactions. 

Could you just clarify what you are meaning exactly. Thanks.
