hi, my accountant cancelled 3 invoices and now i cant reconcile my quickbooks. any help would be appreciated

If your accounts are connected to online banking and the three invoice transactions have been deleted, you'll need to re-create these transactions to match the transactions on your bank statement.
 

You can use the Audit log in QuickBooks to find the deleted invoice transactions and copy the same details when re-creating them.

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit log.
  3. Filter the User, Date, or Events to show results.
  4. Find the transaction and click View.
     

Alternatively, you can use your bank statement as a guide.
 

After that, you can proceed to re-create these invoices.
