How can I get the awful modern view in reports switched off and only classic view as default?

Hello ayjay3, thanks for posting on the Community 

 

The modern view is the new default reporting option, it isn't possible to set this to classic view. To submit feedback to our product devs on the reporting options, please select the Cog > Feedback in your account. All comments, good and bad, are appreciated.

Despite switching back to classic view EVERY time I am presented with modern view, and despite my feedback giving my opinion of the awful new format, I have today been presented with a warning message that from 14 December some reports will only be available in modern view.

Do Intuit take any notice of their users' feedback?

 Hello Oil2341, thanks for posting on this thread and we do take notice of all the feedback that customers leave, it all goes on demand, if there is a high demand for a certain feature the more chance it will stay or be put in the future. so it may revert back in the future.

Cannot believe despite everyone moaning about modern view they are now from 14th December going to make it mandatory. Unbelievable. I will vote with my feet and move to Xero
