How can we see opening balance for a specific customer as at 1st Jan 2022 ? All the balances that we are getting through reports are closing balances

Hi suntrab-trinzo-, thanks for joining the Community - if the opening balance was entered as a transaction, this should be the earliest dated entry on the customers account and can be viewed by navigating to sales > customers > select customer > select date heading to reorder from earliest > most recent.
