Hello there, @matthewday69.

To change your QuickBooks subscription to QuickBooks Self-Employed, you need to cancel your current subscription, then sign up for a new QBSE account. You can use the same user ID and password that you did previously.

To begin, let's ensure to download all your work. This way, you can use them when you move your data to QBSE.

Please take note you can access your QBO account data for up to a year after the cancellation. I've attached some articles you can use to download the data to your local computer:

Once you have downloaded a copy of all your account's information, you can now cancel your QBO subscription to avoid getting duplicate charges.

Then, you can visit this web page to create either a new trial company or subscribe to QBSE: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/self-employed/.

Also, to understand the product better, I've attached the following link, which contains a list of frequently asked questions: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

Feel free to hit that Reply button if you have any other questions. I'll be happy to help you some more. Have a great day ahead.
