Hello rajenhjoshi,

QuickBooks Online comes with ready-made management report templates you can use and there are three templates available:

  • Company Overview
  • Sales Performance
  • Expenses Performance

Most of the time, you’ll be able to use these templates as is without customising them. You simply view and print them, or send or export them as needed.

To view a management report:

  1. Click Reports in the left navigation bar,.
  2. Click the Management Reports tab.
  3. Click the View link of the management report you want to see. The management report opens.
  4. Use the scroll bar on the left or the Page Down key to step through the management report.
  5. To print, click Print. Or, click the Print icon if you see one within or at the top of the preview.
  6. To close without printing, click Close.

However, if you're referring to the same concern mentioned above, please note that management reports can only be accessed by the primary admin and can't be accessed by other users.

 

If you want to add a report to a management report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can use standard or custom reports directly from the Reports page. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select the Standard or Custom Reports tab.
  3. Locate the report you want to add and click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) icon.
  4. Select Add to Management Reports.
  5. Choose to either Create a New Management Report or Add to an Existing Management Report.
  6. If creating a new report, enter a name; if adding to an existing one, select it from the list.
  7. Click Add.
