Matching transactions in QuickBooks Online is easy, N0236.

Beforehand, make sure to add the correct date range for the entries. Doing so helps the program find and match the transactions.

 Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping and then select Transactions.
  2. Select Bank transactions
  3. Choose the payment on the list. Then, select Find a match.
  4. From the Match transactions page, select Journal Entries.
  5. Add the correct From and To date.
  6. Locate the journal entry, then Save.
