How do I print my P &L statement and also my balance sheet?

To print the Profit & Loss, here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click Reports from the left menu.
3. Search for the Profit and Loss report.
4. On the report, click the Print icon.
5. Then, review the print settings and select Print.

To print the Balance Sheet report, here's how:

1. From the Reports menu, go to Business overview.
2. Pick Balance Sheet.
3. Choose Last Year as the specific date range/Report period. 
4. Select Run report. Then, click the Print icon on the report.
5. Hit Print.
