how do i run a trial balance in quickbooks desktop

QuickBooks Desktop allows you to customize your Trial Balance report to show March data only, making it easy to review transactions for that specific period.

Here’s how:
 

1. Go to the Reports menu and then select Accountant & Taxes.

2. Select Trial Balance.

3. Click Customize Report.

4. Set the Dates field to Custom.

5. Enter your preferred reporting period in the From and To fields.

6. Click OK.
